Yeg Paintings ("we", "us", "our") operates this website from Edmonton, Alberta. This page explains what information we collect, why, who helps us process it, and how you can ask us to access or delete it. We never sell your information.

What we collect

When you submit a quote or contact form, we collect what you type in: usually name, phone, email, property address, and project details. We also receive technical information needed to run the site and stop spam, such as IP address used for Cloudflare Turnstile verification. We do not collect payment card information on this site.

How we use it

We use form submissions to reply, prepare a quote, and follow up about painting work. If you accept advertising cookies, Google Ads conversion tracking is used to measure that a form was successfully submitted after an ad. We do not send the contents of your form to Google as that conversion event.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We use service providers to operate the site: Cloudflare (hosting and Turnstile spam checks), Resend (to email form submissions to us), and, only if you accept advertising cookies, Google (Ads conversion measurement). Cloudflare and Resend handle form and security data to provide those services. Google's advertising cookies are described in Google's own privacy policy and may involve processing outside Canada, including the United States.

Cookies and advertising

Google's advertising tag loads only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. The conversion event fires only after a successful form submit, not on a raw button click. Rejecting advertising cookies does not stop you from using the site or sending a quote. Details and how to change your choice are on our cookie policy.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests as long as reasonably needed to respond or support a project. You can ask us to delete your information using our delete my data page.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email hello@yegpaintings.ca. We aim to respond within 30 days. Advertising cookies are controlled separately in Cookie settings in the footer.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for homeowners and businesses looking for painting services. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page as the website or business changes. Updates will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
